Baba Deep Singh Ji Birthday 2023: Baba Deep Singh was a Sikh warrior and martyr who is revered for his bravery and sacrifice in defending the Sikh faith. He was born in 1682 in the village of Sahaur, Punjab, India, and was a devout Sikh from a young age.

Baba Deep Singh is best known for his role in the battle of Muktsar, where he fought to defend the Sikh shrines at Harmandir Sahib (the Golden Temple) from attack by the Afghan army. Despite being severely wounded in the battle, he vowed to continue fighting until the temple was protected. He is said to have picked up his own severed head and continued to fight until he was finally killed.
